  1. Wow - someone just sent me a link to this. You have no idea how exciting this is for me. I've only been to London, and that just twice - once in 1982 and once in 2007. Please tell the readers how excited I am!

  3. I've read 3 of the books and 2 of them are my favorite (those being The Haunting Of Tabitha Grey and Socks Are Not Enough) Socks are not enough was really funny and The Haunting of Tabitha Grey had a really good twist ending. Of all the book I think The Haunting was the best of all of them, and if anyone had played the game Dishonored please reply and tell me that The Other life sounds a lot like the enemies from Dishonored (Weepers) are the ones in the book or are slightly similar.

  5. Girl stolen was a really amazing book! It really gave you an in site to the life of blind teenage living in the city. It really shows you that appearances can be deceptive such as Griffin and Duke. My second favourite was Dead Time because it was a real page turner. The only downside was it was a really blunt ending and it is a sequel so if I want to find out what happens I have to buy and read a second book.

  6. I've only read 'Dead Time' so far, but it is certainly a very gripping murder story with plenty of mystery. The book encourages the reader to try and uncover the various mysteries and answer the questions that the book poses. It is certainly a perfect novel for teenagers.

  9. The Other Life by Susanne Winnacker:
This was my favorite book out of the shortlist. It was very fast paced, with lots of cliffhangers. I could not put it down and I read it in only one night! It was such a great story line, filled with adventure and challenges. I really hope there is a sequel. This is my definite favorite! Good Luck Susanne Winnacker!

    Girl Stolen by April Henry:
This is my second favorite book on the shortlist. It was very emotional and I enjoyed learning about how hard it would be if you had a disability - such as blindness. I could not put it down because when reading it I really wanted to continue and find out what happened to her! It was so good. I really hope this comes first or second place. Good Luck April Henry!

  10. We've been doing this at school and I have read the haunting of tabitha grey and soldier dog,my favorite has defiantly been the haunting of Tabitha grey.Because it has lots of suspense and excitement that leaves you wanting more.Soldier dog was good but didn't have much excitement,so if your a thrill seeker then I woulden't recommend this book. The suspense is near the end so has a long introduction.
I have enjoyed reviewing and reading these books.

  11. The Other Life is a clear winner for me, I was really intrigued at the story and kept turning the pages to find out what happened next. I really empathized with Sherry and the other characters as they steadily discovered what had happened without them knowing.

  14. I have read all of them and my favourite is The Other Life. I liked it because the title made me want to read it and find out what 'The Other Life' meant. I empathized with Sherry as I can imagine how it would feel to lose your Dad so I really wanted to see if she would get him back and if he would be ok. I also really liked the twist near the end; I knew it!I can't wait to read the sequel and find out what happens next!
